Petit Vour Vegan Beauty Box January 2017 Review
Happy happy day! It’s time to reveal the goodies from my lil’ hot pink beauty box, a.k.a. Petit Vour! If you’re new to Petit Vour (ahem, how is this possible??), it’s a monthly subscription box that comes with samples (including full-sized ones) from fancy, vegan, cruelty-free, and non-toxic brands. You can peep all my previous PV box reviews here. This goodie box is only $15 a month (super duper good deal, especially considering this month’s box is valued at $45) and includes free shipping in the U.S. ($23 for Canada).
You’ll also be able to earn points in their shop with every purchase, review, and friend rec.
January’s Petit Vour Beauty Box included:
Lauren B Beauty Nail Polish in South of the Blvd.,* $18 – This bright fuchsia pink (which I’m clearly partial to for obvs reasons) is soooooo so SO pretty! Imma rock this for a Mani Monday real soon, stay tuned (this would be the perfect color to welcome spring, no?). As always, Lauren B has gorgeous packaging and I’m a big fan of their 6-free formula.
EVOLVh UltraShine Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner samples, $17 – By now, y’all have probably discovered that I wash my hair like twice a month, lol. 😉 I usually pass hair products on to my hubs because he’s totes a hair guy, and I basically live for dry shampoo (it’s as though my spirit era is the 1700s, ha!). Anyhoo, I know this brand is legit because I’ve actually used them before. Their formulas are nice and thick, made with nutrients to help balance hair’s pH level, and color-safe, which is kind of a big deal for my bright-ass pink mop.
Blissoma Tonique,* $4 – I’ve met Julie, the gorgeous creator of Blissoma, and boy, she has mad knowledge when it comes to all-natural beauty and potent plant-derived ingredients for beautiful glowing skin. She’s a wizard, and having heard her speak about her craft seriously blew me away. I never ever skip toner when I wash my face, and I love that this one is designed to intensely hydrate, which is so key in the winter (especially for my crusty-ass, dry, flaky skin). Btw, and you might already know this, but you can use this to set your mineral makeup, too. Works like a charm.
* = PV faves
Overall impression: Lots of value in this month’s box – $45 worth of goodies for $15 (with free shipping, yassss!). Box faves are definitely the pretty pink Lauren B nail polish and Blissoma toner. PV is so consistent with their unique, high-quality, and gorgeous selection of non-toxic goodies. I’m always in awe.
If you like what you see, you should consider hooking yourself up with a Petit Vour subscription! Also, you can buy products you love directly from PV’s online store. Customers (even non-subscribers) receive 20% back in PV Points with every shop purchase. It’s like a constant 20% discount and when you combine that with the free shipping on all orders $50+… it’s an insane deal. xx
